Charles and Gail live in a small apartment across from the Town Hall of a small town in the country. Charles is a caregiver and companion for elderly clients. Gail is a retired nurse. Within driving distance are Acadia National Park and Moosehead Lake. Bangor has great museums, including a childrens’ Discovery Museum. There are trails for walking, hiking and All Terrain Vehicles. Charles and Gail worship at a Community church. 1 Room 1T

Gloria and Ed live in central Maine, with its many lakes--two within minutes of their home. They live in the country with many wooded trails right our their front door. Just an hour’s drive is the coast. Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are almost two hours away. Freeport, the home of many well known outlet stores, and L.L. Bean, the store that never closes its doors, is an hour away. Maine’s largest city, Portland, is 10 miles beyond Freeport, with museums, many fine restaurants and shops, and the home of Longfellow, the poet. Antique stores abound in Maine. Ed and Gloria re retired. Gloria was a medical transcriptionist for many years, and Ed was an Extension Educator with the University of Maine Extension service for over 30 years. They enjoy most outdoor activities, traveling and serving in their church, a Calvary church. They have a large family and enjoy spending time with them. 1 Room 1D
