| Lloyd is a retired school administrator, animal lover, mentor to youth, active in church, enjoys country life activities. Carolyn is retired from nursing, works part time in furniture/decorating store and with advertising. She directs drama ministry at church. Both love reading, walks, family, games. Known for hospitality, have entertained guests from all over the world. They are about 40 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and all shopping and cultural events. This is a lakeside country home near a small town. Lloyd and Carolyn worship at a Baptist church. |

| Samuel works as a shop foreman and supervisor. His sister, Ida, is a homemaker. Both are involved in commercial activities, hobbies and outreach. Winter activities include skating, and hockey games. Summer activities include biking, hiking, volleyball, gardening, and a newly built gym in the community. Samuel and Ida worship at a Hutterian Brethren church. |

| Naomi, a nurse, works as a Nurses Christian Fellowship area consultant. She enjoys X-country skiing, hiking, traveling, needlepoint, reading and biking. Naomi lives with her sister, Esther. They offer a queen size comfortable hide-a-bed in the den with fireplace and TV. At the retirement complex in which they live there is a swimming pool, hot tub and library. The area has many activities such as skiing, lakes, parks, orchestras, theaters, art galleries, museums, pro sports teams and a variety of festivals. Naomi and Esther worship at an Evangelical Free church. |

| Philip and Mary live in the southwest part of the city just three blocks to Lake Harriet, where there is walking, boating and fishing. Philip is a physician and Mary, a nurse. They enjoy walking, hiking, biking, golf, church history, reading and travel. Other activities in the city include “Mall of America”, symphony, professional sports teams, many theaters, art galleries and museums. They attend an Episcopal church. |

| Bob is an organic farmer and hobby woodworker. Marie is a homeschool mom and quilter. They are active in the Evangelical Free church which they attend and host/lead a biweekly Bible study. Family activities include games, hiking, biking, campfires. To the NW is Fargo/Moorhead, where there are art galleries, theatres and museums. Eastward is Maplewood State Park and the lakes area. Unique events include Barnesville Potato Days, MN Steam Threshers Reunion, Christmas Bazaar and two county fairs. |

| Marti works at the Sheriff’s Department as a 911 dispatcher. She enjoys baking, crocheting and reading. Her home was built in 1896 and still has its original hardwood flooring and formal sitting area. In addition to the tourist centers and shops that accompany the large Amish settlement, there are many recreational outlets. The Root River offers fishing and canoeing and extensive hiking/biking trails along the river bank. The nearby village of Lanesboro is SE Minnesota’s center for art and antiques. Marti offers a choice of double, queen or king bed. She worships at a Baptist church. |

| Sally is a legal secretary; Dale is a music teacher. Their interests include church activities, bicycling, music, reading, hiking and running. They live on a major cycling route south from Winnipeg, MB. They are 30 miles NE of Grand Forks, ND. Sally and Dale attend a Presbyterian church. |
