| Lillian is a retired crisis counsellor and related work in humanities. Hobbies include gardening, cooking. Ted, born in Holland, is self employed in carpentry work. His hobbies include woodwork, gardening, stamp/coin collecting. They both enjoy travelling and meeting people. There is much to see in their community--marina, boat rentals, golf, walking trails, X-country ski trails, skidoo rentals, swimming. The city has summer park entertainment. They live in a rural setting just 10 minutes from Fredericton and worship at a United Baptist church. |

| Dave is a buyer for the city. Jane is a homemaker and casual nurse. Both are looking forward to retirement soon. They enjoy walking, travelling, and meeting new people. 30 minutes away is Parlee Beach, which has the warmest salt water north of the Carolinas. Also 30 minutes away are the high tides of the Bay of Fundy, which have carved spectacular rock formations--The Rocks. Within an hour’s drive is Fundy National Park, which is nature at its best with 80 square miles of rocky coastline, wildlife, hiking trails, fishing, etc. Within the city of Moncton are Magnetic Hill, Tidal Bore, Magic Mountain Water Theme Park, Zoo and Crystal Palace Amusement Park. There is also an Olympic size pool at the new YMCA facility. Nearby are several ice skating surfaces, ski lifts, an abundance of churches and many cultural activities to choose from. There is an active French speaking Acadian population in Moncton, with Le Pays de la Sagoine, a must see. Enjoy the joie de vivre of the Acadian culture. Dave and Jane worship at a Baptist church. |
